What makes it a Temporary Tattoo
A Temporary Tattoo is printed in reverse onto special transfer paper. Place it face-down on clean, dry skin, wet the back, press gently, and peel away the paper. The design stays behind on your skin, activated and held in place by a cosmetic-grade, water-soluble adhesive.
Only the printed, coloured areas become part of the visible design. The area around them is a thin, transparent adhesive layer, not a visible background. When you cut a design from a sheet, you may notice a slight clear edge. Trim close for a cleaner look, or leave a small margin for easier handling.
A Temporary Tattoo typically lasts 2 to 5 days, depending on skin type, placement, and exposure to water or friction. It fades naturally, or you can remove it sooner with an oil-based remover.
Materials & construction
A Temporary Tattoo is made from cured ink and a transparent adhesive layer, supplied on special transfer paper. The transfer paper holds the design before and during application but is removed afterward, leaving the ink and transparent adhesive layer on the skin.
Transfer paper: Holds the printed design before and during application. Removed after application.
Ink & adhesive: Remain on the skin after application.
Common uses
Events, parties, brand activations, photoshoots, or trying out a design before committing to it. Works well for logos, illustrations, or smaller details worn for a short time.
We don't recommend them for areas with a lot of movement or friction. Hands and joints tend to wear faster, and very oily skin can affect how well they hold.
Singles or Sheets?
Singles Individual Temporary Tattoos, ready to apply one at a time.
Sheets Multiple Temporary Tattoo designs printed together on one sheet. Cut each design out yourself before applying.
Both use the same construction, ink, and adhesive. The difference is how the designs are supplied before application.
Not sure if this is what you need?
Temporary Tattoos vs. UV DTF Transfers: Both use a transfer process, but they're made for completely different surfaces. Temporary Tattoos are applied to skin with water and are designed for short-term wear. UV DTF Transfers use permanent adhesive and are made for compatible hard surfaces.
