There are 15 species of Cranes in the world and 11 of them are listed as endangered, including the Grey Crowned Crane. They get their name from their gray feathers, as well as the plumage of gold feathers on top of their heads that looks like a golden crown when the sun hits it.

The cassowary is descended from dinosaurs, and often referred to as the world's deadliest bird. They have an up to 5 in claw on their middle toes, and although they are flightless they are able run close to 30 mph, jump extremely high, and even swim.
