What sizes are available for custom sticker sheets?
Sticker Sheets can be up to 10.8" x 10.8" (275 x 275 mm), with each sticker at least 1" x 1" (25 x 25 mm). Leave 2 mm (0.075") between stickers and to the sheet edge, and add 2 mm bleed.

Here are the size limits, spacing and bleed for custom Sticker Sheets.
Maximum sheet size
Any size up to 10.8" x 10.8" (275 x 275 mm). This is the largest area we can print and cut on one sheet.
Minimum sticker size
Each sticker on the sheet must be at least 1" x 1" (25 x 25 mm). Smaller stickers may not cut cleanly or peel easily.
Spacing

Between stickers: 0.075" (2 mm)

Between stickers and the sheet edge: 0.075" (2 mm)
The spacing keeps the cutlines from overlapping and stays within the cutting machine's tolerance.
Bleed
Each sticker needs 0.075" (2 mm) of bleed beyond its cutline, so no white edge shows if the cut shifts slightly.
Layout
Sticker sheets let you combine several designs or sizes on one sheet. With the right spacing, bleed and cutlines you get the most out of the sheet area and an even cut on every sticker.
