Vinyl Transfers
No background, just your design
Tape the transfer in place, peel back part of the backing and press the design on from the middle outward. Then slowly peel off the transfer film on top. To remove it, lift a corner and peel slowly.
Vinyl Transfers come with a transfer film on top that holds all parts of the design together. That lets you position the whole design exactly where you want it before it touches the surface.
Before you start
Clean the surface and let it dry. Dust, grease and moisture weaken the bond. See which surfaces work best.
Place, press, peel
Place the transfer on the surface and tape it in place. This keeps it straight so you don't have to guess once you start.
When you're happy with the position, fold one side back and remove part of the backing.
Press the design onto the surface. Work from the middle outward to avoid air bubbles, and take your time.
Repeat for the rest of the backing.
Slowly peel away the transfer film on top. If any part of the design lifts with it, press it back down and go over it again.
Removing it
Gently lift one corner and peel slowly. If needed, loosen the edges a little first and take your time to avoid leaving residue.
