Track my order


Understand how to track your shipment, what each tracking status means, and what to do if something seems off.


Before contacting support

Check if you have:

  • Received the email “Your order has shipped”

  • Accessed your tracking link inside your StickerApp account

  • Reviewed carrier updates (delays or early “delivered” scans are common)

How tracking works

When your order leaves our facility, we send an email with your tracking number and tracking link. You can always find the same tracking link under My Orders in your StickerApp account.

If your order is still in production, no tracking link will appear yet.



Tracking becomes available only after the order leaves production.

I didn’t get a tracking email

This is the most common issue.

Here’s what to check first:

  • Search your inbox for StickerApp

  • Look in spam/junk

  • Log into your account to see if the tracking link is already available

Still missing?

Contact support and we’ll resend your shipping confirmation.

My tracking number isn’t updating

3. My tracking number isn’t updating

Carriers may take 24–48 hours to update tracking after a package is scanned. Carriers also batch-scan shipments, which can delay updates. This is normal, especially during weekends or holidays.


If your tracking has been stuck for several days, contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Tracking number (if available)

We’ll investigate directly with the carrier.

Tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received it

This is one of the most common situations.



Why this happens:

  • Carrier marked package as delivered early

  • Delivered to mail room, parcel locker or neighbor

  • Package held after a failed delivery attempt

What to check:

  • Mailbox & surrounding areas

  • With others at your address

  • With neighbors / building staff

If you still can’t locate it, reach out — we’ll help resolve it.
