What makes it a Heavy Duty Sticker

Heavy Duty Stickers are built for rough and tough surfaces, industrial equipment, and long-term outdoor exposure: conditions where a standard sticker may fail. The PVC 12 mil laminate resists scratches, moisture, chemicals, and UV, and holds up outdoors for up to 7 years. The Hi-tack adhesive bonds strongly to metal, plastic, glass, and powder-coated surfaces.

Common uses

Industrial machinery, tools, vehicles, safety and warning signage, hard hats, and equipment in warehouses, construction sites, or manufacturing plants.

Materials and finishes

Heavy Duty Stickers use a single material, PVC Hi-tack White Vinyl, with a PVC 12 mil laminate built specifically for maximum protection. This combination isn't available with other finishes. See Finishes for how this compares to standard laminate options.

Not sure if this is what you need?

Heavy duty vs. die-cut: Choose Heavy Duty when your sticker needs to survive rough surfaces, industrial equipment, or years of outdoor exposure. For everyday use on typical surfaces, choose Die-Cut Stickers with a standard laminate.

Heavy duty vs. removable: Heavy Duty uses a Hi-tack adhesive built for strong, long-term application. If you need a sticker that comes off cleanly, choose Removable Stickers instead. They're built with a Low-tack adhesive for temporary or repositionable use.
